Będzie Dobrze

The challenge: A pandemic-era artisan bakery, named after an old Polish saying for "it'll be alright," needed a brand that could stand out on a grey, serious-business street and carry real optimism—without tipping into empty positivity.

The thinking: Worked with the owner to build the brand around unapologetic warmth and quality rather than politeness, anchoring it in illustration, including a shokupan mascot whose ongoing antics—eating baguettes, walking dogs, reading on the loo—gave the "good bread, good times" message a life beyond the logo.

The result: A bubbly, community-loved identity that turned a small bakery into a genuine neighbourhood fixture, with a mascot popular enough to keep generating new material well past launch.
