The challenge: Ładne Bebe, one of Poland's leading conscious-parenting magazines with 300k+ monthly views, needed a new UI, UX, and visual identity that matched the depth and care of its editorial content.

The thinking: Started with a workshop involving the owner, editors, and writers—not just a brief—so the wireframing and UX decisions were grounded in how the actual team thought and worked, then built a visual identity flexible enough to extend beyond the site into ongoing promotional and communication assets.

The result: A redesigned magazine home that served the brand for years and was popular enough with readers and collaborators that many voiced missing it after a later redesign, following the magazine's acquisition by a media house.

Thinking first.
Aesthetics follow.
