The challenge: As one of Poland's kombucha pioneers, Brothers & Sisters needed a brand that could make a genuinely strange product—fermented tea, alive with bacteria—feel inviting rather than clinical, without hiding what it actually is.
The thinking: Leaned into the "alive" of it rather than away from it—hand-painted watercolour illustrations of the scoby and bacteria cultures, scanned and collaged into the packaging and posters, so the brand's fun came from honesty about the process, not from decorating over it.
The result: A playful, unmistakably handmade identity—bottles, posters, packaging—for a brand that's Polish-made and Polish-grown at every stage, from the people behind it to the manufacturing itself.
