The challenge: FizjoBell, a client of eight years, came back for a redesign—their old site had no clear structure and buried patients in information. Knowing the brand well, I understood the shift they needed wasn't cosmetic: the site had to communicate their holistic, human-centred care through the experience itself, not just colour and type.

The thinking: Prioritised information architecture and UX before visual identity—restructuring how 30+ services were organised so both returning and new patients could navigate the range without confusion, then layered custom illustration and a refreshed visual identity on top of that structure.

The result: A cohesive digital presence—web design, illustration, printed materials, and shop window design—that reflects the clinic's care in how it's organised, not just how it looks.
